6. Gameplay, Betting Rules and Fair Play

• Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be designated as dormant. kx8008 will send a notification to the registered contact details before applying any dormancy policy to the account balance.
• Effect of closure: Upon closure or termination of your account, your licence to use the kx8008 platform is revoked immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised with customer support, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and kx8008 and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the subject matter hereof.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
